Cancellation Policy:
Registration closes 11:59 pm 11/13/25. Please, no late registrations or show-ups at the door, we may not be able to accommodate. If we can accommodate late registrations, they are subject to an extra $10 charge. Late registrations, please email stlouissuburbanschoolnurses@gmail.com . Cancellations: Are accepted up until 11:59 pm 11/13/2025 but will require a $5 cancellation fee. No Shows: Those who register and do not attend the event without cancelling one week prior to the event, will still be charged/responsible for the full event amount.
